Cookie policy
In short
On our side there are two things only, both technical, and neither is there to follow you around. The only third party that enters the page is Google, and only on «Where we are», for the map.
Ours
fp_sess — a technical session cookie. It exists only for the people who work at the bistrot, when they sign in to the private part of the site. If you are reading the menu you do not have it. It disappears when you close the browser.
fp_tema — not even a cookie: an entry in your browser's local storage, remembering whether you prefer the light or the dark theme. It is never sent to any server.
These are technical cookies: the law does not require your consent for them, which is why this site does not put a banner in front of you.
Google's
The map on the «Where we are» page loads together with the page. From that moment Google sees your IP address and may write its own cookies, for its own purposes and durations, explained in its privacy policy.
This happens only on that page. The menu, the orders, the bookings, the story and everything else contact nobody.
How to avoid them
- Do not open «Where we are»: the address and directions are on «Contact» too.
- Or block third-party cookies in your browser settings: the map still shows.
- The links to Facebook and WhatsApp are ordinary links and load nothing until you follow them.
Notifications are not cookies
If you accept notifications, nothing of ours is stored in your browser: the subscription lives in your browser's own push service. How it works and how to cancel it is explained in the privacy policy.
How to delete them
From your browser settings, under «cookies and site data». Deleting ours breaks nothing: at worst the site forgets you preferred the dark theme.
